Please do not submit passwords, payment-card data, patient information, or other sensitive personal information through the public project inquiry form.

• To respond to project inquiries and provide requested services.
• To authenticate portal users and provide client support.
• To investigate, prioritize, and resolve support requests.
• To protect our systems, prevent abuse, and maintain operational records.
• To improve our services where permitted by the applicable agreement.

3. Sharing and service providers

We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, file storage, monitoring, and software integrations. We share only the information reasonably required for the relevant service. Client-specific processing and subprocessors should be documented in the applicable agreement before production data is connected.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain inquiry, account, and support information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, an active client relationship, legal obligations, dispute resolution, or security records. Retention periods and deletion procedures for a specific project should be confirmed in the project agreement.

5. Security

We use access controls, server-side credential handling, secure transport, and operational safeguards appropriate to the service. No online service can guarantee absolute security. See our security approach for the current implementation standard.

6. Your choices and contact

You may ask us to correct, export, or delete information we hold about you, subject to applicable requirements and legitimate operational needs. Use the project inquiry form and state “Privacy request” in your message. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

7. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our services, systems, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new revision date.
