Terms of use

These terms apply to use of the Kairact website. Project services, support commitments, ownership, and commercial terms are governed by the agreement signed with each client.

1. Website content

We provide this website for general information about Kairact’s services. Content is not a proposal, guarantee, professional advice, or commitment to deliver a particular result. Illustrative workflows are examples and are not client case studies.

2. Project inquiries

Submitting an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to proceed. Please do not submit confidential or regulated information through the public form.

3. Client portal

Portal credentials are personal to the invited user and must be kept confidential. Users must provide accurate information, use the portal only for authorized business purposes, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Third-party services

AI providers, hosting providers, business software, and other third-party services may be required for a project. Their availability, terms, and processing practices may affect the solution and will be reviewed as part of project planning.

5. Intellectual property

Ownership, licensing, confidentiality, open-source components, and rights to project deliverables are defined in the applicable written agreement. Nothing on this website transfers intellectual property rights.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue website or portal features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We may update these terms when the service changes; the revision date identifies the current version.

7. Contact

For questions about these terms, use the Kairact project inquiry form. Applicable law, venue, limitations of liability, and dispute provisions are set out in the relevant client agreement.
